Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds and Returns For Domestic Orders Within Canada

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one within the conditions listed below:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (15 business days not including 1-2 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a free pre-paid shipping label and a reshipment.
  • If you received a damaged item.
  • If you do not want the product you have received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be not damaged, soiled, altered, letters not disassembled, and it must contain your ordering information inside the package. Otherwise the refund will not be accepted.  We advise to return the products using a Post Office shipment facility rather than couriers like DHL, UPS, which may cost much more. Also, we strongly recommend you to send the products using a secured or tracking method, and that you retain your proof of postage. As soon as we receive your return, we will inspect it first, and if it complies with our return policy, we will issue a full refund. We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed. You can expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days after your package was received. However, in most cases you will receive the refund quicker. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

We are not obliged to give you a refund until we receive the product and inspect it for damage.

Important: You can submit your refund request within 15 business days after you have received your order.

Other circumstances where a refund will not be accepted:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of both parties (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, a military conflict, etc.).

Because international shipping is more complex (think import duties and customs fees for the respective countries) and more expensive, we have limited the refund conditions to three main points:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (20 business days not including 1-2 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received a damaged item.
