If you happen to need extra set of letters, we got you covered! The Extra 3/4″ Letter Set – Black is available to match your needs  whether you need more letters to write longer messages, you lost/damaged those already included in the package, or you simply need a different color/size to highlight a certain part of your sentence.

Please note that you have to disassemble the letters, and for that we recommend using a cutting pliers (or regular sharp scissors) to speed up the process. Also you can use a regular nail-cutter to cut-off the little plastic chips that remain at the bottom of the letters after they are removed, to make them look smooth.

We understand how important is to receive your order within a couple of business days. We are proud to say that we are able to offer you Fast and Free shipping if you live in Canada or the US. Typically we process your order within 2 days, although we reserve the right to slightly prolong this timeframe, in the cases where your order was placed during the busy shopping times throughout the year, such as Christmas. Canadian orders usually arrive within 2-6 business days, and for the US orders it can take between 5-8 business days, based on your address proximity to Vancouver, Canada.

If you notice an error on your order confirmation email, please notify us immediately so we correct the mistake right the way.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees you get charged when you receive your order. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages that you bought may incur custom fees when they arrive in your country.

How do you ship packages?

Most Canadian and US orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, or USPS. In regards to international orders, we usually ship via DHL International, unless stated otherwise on the day of.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. Use our Tracking page to track your order.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds and Returns For Domestic Orders Within Canada

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one within the conditions listed below:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (15 business days not including 1-2 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a free pre-paid shipping label and a reshipment.
  • If you received a damaged item.
  • If you do not want the product you have received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be not damaged, soiled, altered, letters not disassembled, and it must contain your ordering information inside the package. Otherwise the refund will not be accepted.  We advise to return the products using a Post Office shipment facility rather than couriers like DHL, UPS, which may cost much more. Also, we strongly recommend you to send the products using a secured or tracking method, and that you retain your proof of postage. As soon as we receive your return, we will inspect it first, and if it complies with our return policy, we will issue a full refund. We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed. You can expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days after your package was received. However, in most cases you will receive the refund quicker. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

We are not obliged to give you a refund until we receive the product and inspect it for damage.

Important: You can submit your refund request within 15 business days after you have received your order.

Other circumstances where a refund will not be accepted:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of both parties (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, a military conflict, etc.).
